Pilates With Dolores
(26 Reviews)
My corporate Yoga and Pilates classes are tailored to your specific company and staff needs and goals. Classes might include functional yoga to counteract a day of sitting at the computer, or they could be a fun, social class that brings people together; they may even be a class that focusses on stress management through slow yoga and breath work.

Amazing classes at the slate yard, our residents have said they loved it 😊 …
She does Pilates, Yoga and Meditation classes and everyone in the group loves her.
My colleagues and I loved having yoga and pilates classes with Dolores - from her overall class structure to her cracking playlists - I miss our classes with her!
I was never able to keep showing up to a class regularly until I found the joy of Pilates with Dolores.
We've been booking her to teach Pilates to our residents in Ancoats, and we've always received great feedback!
A fab mix of strength, balance and relaxation to start the day.
I have been attending Dolores’ classes for 3 years now and she is by far my favourite Pilates teacher (ever) and also in Manchester.
Dolores catered for all needs and levels of yogis, she was informative and patient during the delivery of the sessions and never failed in motivating us to push ourselves whilst reaching for the calm meditative state of mind after a taxing day.
I've had both pilates and yoga with Dolores and can't recommend her more.
She has provided an excellent service, the staff have really enjoyed having her here.
