Thank you so much for a great year of zoom yoga, I am sure this has helped so many people mentally and physically in these strange times. Thank you for your hard work at putting all the classes together, having worked throughout as a community nurse it has helped me so much with my stress levels and has given me something to look forward to. Her classes are rigorous but very enjoyable and the retreat experience is always very well organised with outstanding food and accommodation.
Rachel is a fantastic kind patient teacher, I've no idea how she manages to adapt poses so that all 23 people on the retreat could have a go and make it look so easy but she does it every time and I've come away reenergised and refreshed!
Her knowledge and understanding of Iyengar practice means that she gives well-thought out lessons which really benefit you in so many ways.
The vibe was perfect for me, really friendly lovely people to connect with, alongside some time to myself to read, walk and ponder.
Rachel is a prepared , kind teacher who shares her skills and knowledge every asana is practised and made achievable for all

Rachel is an incredible teacher, offering a deeply detailed, insightful and patient guidance with lots of individual corrections and modifications in a non judgmental and supportive environment.
What amazed me was getting so much more from each pose with the instruction of how the muscles were working and how to push and contract the muscle groups.
Feeling restored after a wonderful recuperative weekend of yoga with Rachel.
Lovely setting in the country side , great teachers.
