For some, it will be the cafe with its focus on “vibrant food that sings off the plate” that is the reason for your first visit. For others, it will be in joining one of our Pilates, Yoga or Somatic classes where you first discover what's unique about us.

Sentiment Analysis
Going twice per week in a small group meant we have covered the basic moves through to the advanced ones but constantly being corrected if needed.
An added bonus is the cafe upstairs which is excellent and reasonably priced.
Mavra’s a gem and her thirst to further both her own knowledge and offer further opportunities to clients led to me participating in her Somatic classes which delve deeper into the link between our mind and movement.
Winter passage to light was a great self exploration day at the studio.
Polly has helped me so much with getting my energy levels back and my physical and mental wellbeing .
Both Mavra and Filo facilitated the day and shared their experiences and knowlwdge to guide us participants through our own processes, without interferering with unnecessary advice, just gentle and not dismissive reassurances.
A wonderful start to Restorative Yoga with Polly Anna at The Root Pilates and Yoga Studio today.
Our open avocado sandwiches were delicious and the hot chocolate is amazing!
The coffee is great too and friendly service
Fantastic yoga class with Katie Szarko.
