After having taken a drawing course at RDS 20 years ago (a fabulous experience even then), I returned last autumn to attend the Drawing and Mindfulness course.
Superb online virtual sessions - inventive, creative and I came away both having learned something in the way of new techniques or ways of looking, and interesting drawings/marks to build on.
Tutors were so encouraging of my work (even though I was very out of practice) and it was great to be part of a group, being inspired by the other participants.
The Royal Drawing School in London is one of my favorite experiences.
Some great online courses for people not based in London - would highly recommend.
The atmosphere, the instructors, the administrative clarity and organization were all superb.
Couldn't recommend highly enough, especially to a young person who is about to embark on an arts education but wants a bit of experience first :)
The room was a bit hot though.
Very attentive tutoring, meaningful exercises and well thought out structure to make the best of the online format.
Simply the best online art school by a mile!
