Sustudio

Sustudio is a home away from home and i will definitely be going back soon!

Staff are friendly and the atmosphere is great.

I was staying in the area for a week and decided to pay Sustudio a visit for some self-care and relaxation.

I met so many new friends here and love coming back for excellent Pilates, cardio, tea and avo on toast.

Beautiful space inside and the outside seating is a great spot for watching the world go by.

SuStudio is such a haven for me - from the guaranteed excellence of all the classes (barre, yoga and reformer are my faves, with some HIIT mixed in), the warmth of all of the instructors and the welcoming and calming vibe of the space created by Jac and Simon.

It is a place where people connect in their love for health, fitness and friendship.

As a relative newbie to the area, it’s been a haven for me to create and solidify new friendships and has also introduced me to reformer Pilates; which I LOVE.

The most amazing wellbeing studio in Canford Cliffs that has a fantastic community: a wide variety of classes with exceptional instructors and a fabulous coffee shop serving delicious food and great coffee.

Such a local sanctuary - whether you want fitness or social it’s the perfect combination - with wonderful interesting and fun bespoke events - thank you all at Su Studio !
