Melissa has one of the calmest waterside personas I have seen in a while, considered and thoughtful in every word. The session was one of learning and focus with an emphasis on mindfulness, as well as individual performance. A refreshing approach which instilled confidence and made the swimmers feel at ease and cared for.

I have done adult lessons before that mostly just had me doing skills in the water that never really got me to the point of swimming, and within the first lesson with her I was actually already swimming.
