The dance class is amazing, Alex is professional,kind and very helpful.
The instructors are supportive and so patient with beginners, we all had varying levels of experience/physical fitness and they adapted to this.
Instructors are great, have really positive and fun energy, and encourage you no matter your ability.
I was so nervous when I started, didn’t think I could do it, wouldn’t be strong enough, wasn’t slim enough etc etc … but oh!
This is the great way to learn your body better and what it actually capable of doing.
Topher is really fabulous and I love that he gets student to show a lot of the moves, this really helps to visualise how someone of your own level looks in a move.
The instructors are skilled and encouraging, making every session enjoyable and empowering.
It’s such a friendly, accepting environment, and classes are taught in a structured way that really helps people to develop.
Very fun and inclusive space
Can’t recommend enough this class for everyone, you will not just improve your fitness level but also you start believing that yes , I can actually achieve amazing results
