I also recently attended a workshop Gemma was co-facilitating called Finding Your Equilibrium and I would highly recommend attending one of these if you are looking to re-set, re-align and heal.

Gemma is a warm, nurturing and knowledgeable teacher with a range of fantastic classes based in the Steyning/Shoreham/Mid Sussex area.
I’ve been to many of Gemma’s yoga classes over the last few years, including her classes at Bramber Castle and most recently the yoga with lambs at Coombes and I have thoroughly enjoyed them.
I attended yoga with Gemma during my pregnancy and she was able to tailor the moves to suit me and was so supportive in helping me prepare for birth, I was attending sessions up until 6 days before birth.
She is able to adapt her classes to suit all attendees, albeit beginner to advanced.
