Welcome to my website. My name is Veronique and I am a yoga teacher originally from Canada but based in Southampton, UK. I teach yoga classes around Hampshire, workshops and international retreats in Bali and India. Due to current events, all classes will be held online through an app called Zoom. Qualified to teach Sun Power Yoga, restorative, pre-natal, post-natal, mummy/baby, aqua and Aerial Yoga. All of these training have really helped me help you better. The Yoga classes I currently offer include: Beginner Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Sun power and Restorative Yoga
