Back in April 2012, I was introduced to Muay Thai Bootcamp by Kathryn (long time camper, who has also written a testimonial). I had never really been a fan of PE at school or any form of exercise and being completely honest, I had very low self-esteem and so joining a gym was pretty much out of the question. Kathryn encouraged me to try out Muay Thai Bootcamp. The first session is free to try so I had nothing to lose and a friend to attend with. That session was killer – I remember not being able to move without aching the next few days. But it was a good ache.
