Xen-Do Martial Arts

Amazing experience, nice atmosphere, the guys know what they're doing ( all the Senseis are very experienced) and the most important you feel like family making sure your practicing getting better each day.

I've seen radical improvements in my fitness and flexibility, and training in a martial art is fun.

The staff were friendly and professional, the dojo was clean and the session was educational and enjoyable.

I love the energy in the group classes, and also that we are pushing our limits each time.

Senseis Ryan, Paul and Luca are great guys with a strong interest and understanding of kickboxing, making sure that their students are confident and capable in the martial art.

I have so much fun here and recommend people to join here.

She was also fearful at first to spar with the boys, but can now hold her own.

Have been training here for a few months now and I am loving it!
