Love the variety of classes, the feeling of the studio, having a coffee lounge area to leave your coat in and discuss the marvels of the class you've just done.

Karen and Natalie are both excellent teachers with a massive amount of knowledge, experience and a real passion for yoga and fitness.

The teachers, Natalie and Karen, really take the time to support, encourage and listen to everyone’s needs and goals.

So warm and welcoming, Karen and Natalie are fab teachers/instructors and the classes are fantastic.

I am the most toned and strongest that I have been in my life, Karen and Natalie are the most amazing/attentive instructors who ensure that no matter what level you are at, they will push you and support you to ensure you get it right.

Don't know where to start, Karen and Natalie are 2 beautiful people who make you feel welcome and treat everyone as Individuals taking into consideration everyone's needs.

The yoga classes are amazing - range of relaxing and strength building classes available - and Karen and Natalie are just the loveliest people.

I couldn't do anything before my yoga journey started but with the skill & encouragement and lovely support of Yoga Universe I can do things I thought impossible.

I am a complete beginner , yet Natalie and Karen are so welcoming and encourage you to go at your own pace.
