JSD Dance & Musical Theatre, originally known as Joy's School Of Dancing, was established in 1975. We have always been based locally and run classes in both Rainham and Upminster.nWe pride ourselves on our reputation of providing a friendly, fun and welcoming environment, together with the passion and dedication from our team of staff. It is always a pleasure when we see our pupils grow in confidence and self-esteem, make new friends, and they grow up with us until university or employment sadly takes them away!nnOur pupils have the opportunity to take International Dance Teacher Association (IDTA) examinations and take part in yearly shows. nnWe are members of the IDTA, all of our teachers have valid, up-to-date DBS checks and are first aid trained, and we hold full public liability for both staff and children.
