Once you have booked your course and our team has received your booking, we immediately start searching for a teacher who is able to teach you at the time and place specified in your booking. It can take up to 14 days for us to find you a teacher, depending on your chosen language and location. We will then send you a confirmation with the contact details for your teacher, and the date and time of the first lesson. After your first lesson, you can then arrange your next lessons directly with the teacher. However, please note that the minimum lesson length is 2 hours. Top

Yes - at LM Languages we also offer 2-to-1 and group lessons. Please contact us for pricing. We only require that everybody in the group is of approximately the same level at the start of the course, and is available to study at the same time and place each week. If the entire group wishes to cancel, LM Languages will need to be notified at least 3 full working days prior to the lesson. Top

No. There are no hidden costs in our prices. The prices that you see are the total prices for our courses. We do not charge VAT, so there is no VAT charge included in our prices. Top

Although we suggest that you do not shift around the time and place of lessons, we understand that it may sometimes be necessary. If you really need to do so, you must notify both your teacher and LM Languages, within 3 full working days of your next lesson. The teacher must agree that a change in location will not incur any further costs. Top

Once you have met your teacher and your course begins, you must complete all your classes within 1.5 months (10-hour course), 3 months (20-hour course), or 4 months (30-hour course). All classes not completed within this timescale will be forfeited. Top
