Best Gymnastics Classes in Richmond

Our squad group is “the team” - the very top of the gym food chain. The most experienced, passionate and hard working gymnasts end up here. Their main goal is to progress their skills and to represent our club at competitions. It might look like they’re having the most fun out of all other groups, but that’s just solemnly down to the fact that we spend the most time together - between 8.5 to 11 hours in a week! Which gives us enough time for work AND play 💪🧠💕 They practice 3-4 times per week, offen having to sacrifice other afterschool activities or friends outings. They’re focused on their goals and slowly - but consistently - are making their way towards them 🎯 Their training consists on strong conditioning and flexibility exercises, as well as learning the body and apparatus elements, which could be then included in their routines. One of the things that I love about our squad girls is that they’re “playing nice” with the rest of the team - after all, most of them were selected from the recreational group themselves and still are friends with the girls from other groups 👯‍♀️ And the last thing that sets them apart is, that they’re solemnly responsible for rolling of the carpets at the end of the training 😂 Sounds like fun? 🙃 Well, they’re loving it for sure!
