Trust the process 🤔 nnAnother Haribo post! nnHe’s never been the bravest horse. Careful and scopey for days but not very bold.nnThe advice was always to hack him and show him the world and all the different things it had to offer (for him to spook at!) along with various other exercises and activities. nnAnd many spooky hacks later, he started to settle and be a very chilled, relaxed hacking horse. Which eventually translated to the arena. nnSee this wee pigeon on top of the roof? Well as I was riding Bo he was wandering round the arena floor. And decided to take off and fly in front of Bo, so low and so close his wing touched Bo’s chest. And Bo? Didn’t even flinch. nnAlthough it was long and slow, and at times felt like it wasn’t doing anything, the hacking worked and now my horse is bold!
