Is Karate for me?

Karate is a means for self defence. But it is proven to build confidence, flexibility and strength of body and mind. It is a fun and interesting way to get fit, keep fit and lose weight with the support of passionate and supportive instructors.

How old do I have to be to do Karate?

We take children from as young as four years old. We welcome adults of all ages and abilities to join. Remember you are never too old to try something new.

How often do I have to train?

We train 3 times a week, we would encourage everyone, especially high grades, to train at least twice a week so that you are completely ready for your grading or tournament.

🏕️🎉 Day 3 of Summer Camp Recap! 🌞 What an absolutely fantastic day we've had today! From start to finish, it was loaded with fun, excitement, and heaps of learning. 🥳 First, our incredible students teamed up to create another awesome den! The creativity and teamwork on display were truly inspiring. ⛺✨ Coach Nathan introduced us to some fun, new games that had everyone laughing and getting active. 💪 Our imaginative minds didn't stop there! We had a blast building incredible structures with LEGO 🧱, showing just how creative we can be. Building and playing together is always a hit! Then, it was time to kick back and enjoy a movie together 🍿🎬. There's nothing like a fun film to bring everyone together and relax. But the highlight of our day❓ A visit from the phenomenal Niko! 👊 He introduced us to the fascinating art of Filipino Stick Fighting. 🥷 The moves were super cool, and we are endlessly grateful for Niko's energy and expertise. Everyone was so engaged and enthusiastic about learning these new skills. Niko, you brought so much positivity and excitement to our camp today.
