FAQs
What does non-contact mean?
Our non contact drills include freestyle line work, shadow boxing, techniques, partner drills, SAQ training using hoops, cones and agility ladder, bag work training your combinations.
What do I need to wear and bring to my first class?
Wear loose comfortable clothing, tracksuit bottoms or leggings, tshirts or vest top are suitable. Bring a bottle of water and a sweat towel. If you have gloves bring them also. Uniforms are compulsory for all members.
Do I need a uniform when I join your classes?
Yes uniform is required as we give you yours up to 2 weeks after you join. A licence is required before you can start training with us so that you have member to member insurance and are fully covered to train.
How long does it take to get a Black Belt?
It takes 3 years to get a provisional Black Belt with us, a further 1 year to 1st Degree Black Belt and a further 2 years to 2nd Degree Black Belt. There are 10 Degrees to a Black Belt.
What sort of people have a Personal Trainer?
Housewives, stockbrokers, rock stars, company directors, nannies, coffee-shop managers, bankers, doctors, dressmakers, accountants, firemen, receptionists, PR executives, hoteliers, waiters, newsagents, DJs, journalists, producers, secretaries, actors, sportsmen and women, electricians, anyone who wants one!
