Do I need any prior experience or fitness level to participate?
At Self Defence Combat Academy, we welcome individuals of all fitness levels and experience levels. Our training program is designed to accommodate beginners who have no prior experience in martial arts or self defence.
What should I wear to my first class?
For your first self defence class with us, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. This includes a t-shirt or tank top and comfortable joggers or workout pants. We also suggest wearing trainers or athletic shoes with good grip to ensure safety during training.
Do you offer private lessons or group classes only?
Yes, we do offer private lessons in addition to our regular group classes. Private lessons are a great option for individuals who prefer one-on-one attention or have specific goals or needs that may require individualised instruction.
Do you provide any equipment for training, or do I need to bring my own?
We are committed to providing all of the equipment necessary for your self defence training. This includes things like protective gear, training weapons, and other materials that are essential to your progress and safety.
What is the cost of classes and are there any discounts available?
