The lesson combines self-defence skills, fitness and positive mental focus designed especially for the age group. For over 30 years we have researched, developed, and tested every part of the lesson ourselves. We offer all students a weekly home training video packed with skills from that week’s lesson. Instructors Shihan Davis, Renshi Howton and Sensei Matt Warwick are looking forward to sharing their martial arts expertise with your child.
