You will be every customers’ main point of contact and the face representing the business when they walk in. Providing exceptional customer service is your main priority, and diligent time-management and organisation are vital to ensure the centre runs efficiently.nnThis role will involve pulling various different strings at the same time; managing tutors, dealing with new & existing customer enquiries, taking payments and chasing invoices, organising lessons and ensuring the centre is operating in the best possible way. You will be dealing with customers of various backgrounds in different capacities, meaning patience, clear communication and attention to detail is imperative.
