Best Piano Lessons in Accrington

My philosophy is all about finding ways to enjoy music, and it's lovely when this approach rubs off on my students. Here's a message I got from a fairly new and very able student this morning: "You are brilliant. You have changed my thinking. Maybe, no, yes, I CAN play the piano. Your suggestion not to attack the keys was a game changer. Seeing your fingers play scales - I'm copying - it works. My arms and hands don't ache. Why didn't someone teach me this 70 years ago? Tbh, I can barely stay away from the piano (never thought I'd say that). Almost mediational, playing scales in a new way - up and down and roundabout. But I am looking at a couple of songs and that, too, has been inspiring. You will not be able to see the change, but I can. Thank you." Why didn't someone tell her when she was young that you can enjoy music without beating yourself up about every little finger slip? I ask myself the same question when I think about piano lessons I had as a teenager!
