FAQs
How many people are there on your courses?
We like to keep numbers small in order to ensure everyone gets as much individual attention as possible and to provide the best possible quality of teaching. Because of this, we keep our numbers between five and six, with most classes having six available places, some only five and very occasionally we may have a class where we may allow up to seven people on.
Can I pay for my course on the day?
Generally not. All our courses must be pre-booked and paid for in full via our website or by phone. If you do not have a debit/credit card or prefer not to make online purchases, you may pay for your course via bank transfer. You must contact us prior to the course start date to arrange this.
Is parking available on site or nearby?
If you are planning on driving, please be aware that our premises falls within the congestion zone. Due to its very central location, there is no guarantee you will find available parking spaces in the surrounding streets. There is paid Car Parks available close to Russell Square. We recommend allowing plenty of time to find a space or better, use public transport. Please click here for detailed directions and transport links.
Could I come by to have a look at your studio and ask some questions before booking a course?
Unfortunately, most days the studio is only open during lesson times, during which we are too busy teaching to be able to show you around and answer your questions. You can find everything you need to know about our classes on the individual course pages. We are happy to answer any of your questions over the phone if you call us between 10:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday and 11-5 on Saturdays. You are also welcome to call us during these times to find out if we are around and available, and if we happen to be there and not busy teaching, then you are more than welcome to come by :).
