THE DEN GOES ONLINE In light of current events, The Den is going virtual, and for now all classes will be live-streamed online! Here is everything you need to know… • The timetable for the following week is announced, and open for booking, by noon on the Sunday before. Each week may look a little different: I will be adjusting my offer as I go depending on what is working well, and what students seem to be looking for. • To book, please go to the booking site thedenyogastudio.book.app, and your email confirmation will have all the instructions on how to link in via the Zoom video conferencing platform • Classes are open to new students but they will need to complete their health form (via email) before they practice with me. • All you need is a device to link in and see me on (tablet, pc, laptop or phone), a quiet space, a mat or towel, and perhaps a blanket or cushion. If you are used to using other props in your practice, then let me know and I can give you some ideas for alternatives. • Set your mat (or towel) up so that you have enough space around you, and prop your device up so that you can see the screen comfortably. Do try to have as few potential distractions as possible. Turn off your phone notifications, ask family members to give you a little peace. Furry visitors are allowed but can make some postures more challenging! • And you can wear what you like! If you have any other questions, just ask!
