Yoga works best when you practise regularly and consistently. So the more often you do it, the more you'll feel the benefits. The beauty of doing yoga at home is that you can make it part of your every day life. Going to a class once a week is great, but there's more value in doing a little bit every day. This doesn't mean you have to do an hour per day - just 10 minutes can make a huge difference. Start with short classes and build up from there.

For both drop ins and class passes, you can cancel and reschedule a class up to 4 hours before it starts. If you cancel a class within 4 hours of the class start time, it cannot be transferred to another date and you will lose the class. If you cancel a class, the new date has to be within 4 weeks of the original booking. Please note that class passes, drop ins, courses and event fees cannot be refunded.

Yes, generally I have classes running all the year around, but I may be away on bank holidays and at Easter and Christmas. My class schedule is always up to date at least 3 weeks in advance.

You can view the classes on your phone or tablet via my Felicity Wood Yoga app or via my website on your laptop. To view via your TV, you can connect your laptop using a HDMI cable or use Chromecast.
