I thought it was time for an introduction for any new followers. nnI am Rachel and I have been teaching Earthed Yoga for almost 2 years. I qualified as a Dru Yoga Teacher during the 2020 pandemic and knew that I wanted to bring my yoga into nature and share it with others. nnMy classes are rooted in Dru Yoga and Seasonal Yoga and are fun, friendly and connected to nature. I am lucky enough to teach in my local woods here in Harden West Yorkshire. I also collaborate with some fantastic organisations locally including Get Out More CIC and Woodsworth Exploring to offer Yoga in other locations. nnWhen not teaching yoga or wandering in the woods; I usually have my hands on a recipe or wrapped around a book.
