~ H A P P Y 2 0 2 4 ~ I’m still in a state of shock how quickly the year has flown past. I’ve tried my best to switch off and rest as much as I can. Today I aimed to be at one with my sofa whilst my sons clamber all over me. Even in that act I recognise that this in itself is a massive privilege. I am hugely grateful for these small, lazy and chaotic moments. This year was full of lots of learning and challenging moments for me personally. I wish 2024 to have more balance and peace and love. Please let’s work together for peace for every living being and love for each other...We and the world needs it. More than ever. If we really truly followed the yoga sutras we would see this and I hope to continue striving for these act of kindness, truth and freedom. We cannot be at peace and free, until we all are.
