No need to commit. ➡️ Not sure what class to choose? If you are new to yoga, you may want to start with Hatha. Hatha teaches you three key disciplines of yoga: breathing, yoga poses, and meditation. You'll learn how to perform the poses or asanas correctly so that you can then take them to a more advance level. If you have been practising yoga for a while, you'll really enjoy our vinyasa and sivananda classes. ➡️ What about props? You don't need any props for our classes, but we sometimes recommend that you have to hand a block, belt straps and blankets for final relaxation. If you don't own any, you can use books or cushions instead of blocks and trousers or bathrobe belts for belt straps. We look forward to welcoming you. 🙏🏻 Namaste...
