FAQs

Do I need to be a member to access a class?

Yes, we ask that everyone accessing both our studio classes and reformer pilates classes is a member. This way, thanks to our physiotherapy-led membership, we can better understand every member's physicality and recommend the classes and, if needed, treatments to help you on your path to optimal health. We do offer a 'three class intro pass' or 'drop in intro' pass for those who would like to try a class and see the space before joining.

What classes do you offer?

We've got a wide range of studio classes on offer - yoga, pilates, body sculpt, HIIT, meditation and more - all taught by our hand-picked, experienced and talented teachers. We also offer Reformer Pilates classes using our state of the art Balanced Body Allegra 2 machines. Take a look at our weekly timetable for all classes.
