Do I need to bring anything?
Since Covid I recommend that you bring your own mat & a light blanket, but mats & any other props. are always available to borrow if you don't have your own.
What should I wear?
Stretchy, comfy gym clothes that don't limit movement- avoid baggy tops, shorts & hoodies. be prepared to work barefoot. For Garden Yoga, dress for the unpredictable British weather - wear layers !!
Do you run any Pregnancy Yoga classes?
No, Birch Tree Yoga does not offer any specific ante-natal yoga classes, existing students can continue in general classes from their second trimester.
