Join me every Wednesday and dance to a live DJ set playing some soul stirring music! Movement is simply wonderful for body and mind, we release tension both known and unknown and at the end we leave feeling fulfilled. There is no choreography, the movement comes from listening to the rhythm and moving to that rhythm...thats it! Everyone is different, everyone can move and everyone will benefit from movement! See you on the dance floor, simply click on the link below to book your place. If the weather is dry we will dance outside in the secluded garden, if its raining we will be inside Bossingham village hall. Please bring warm layers of clothing and something to lay on and under at the end and bottle of water. Parking onsite.
