This treatment will be led by Becky Hamilton who is a Sound Therapist. It has the potential to help people recognise and release things that they are holding onto, reconnect to your true selves and become one with the universe. The combination of these practises enhances healing, allowing the body to rebalance it’s frequency. You can be seated or lie on the floor. Do bring cushions, blankets etc to ensure you are really comfortable and therefore able to relax fully.
