Join us for a unique hatha yoga class exclusively for men! Our intention to is create a space were men can feel comfortable exploring the ancient tradition of hatha yoga under the expert guidance of our founder, Adam. Hridaya hatha yoga is a form of classical hatha yoga practiced in a contemplative style. We often describe it as ‘meditation in motion’. The practice is mostly performed with the eyes closed and we generally hold the āsanas for longer than other styles. This helps us to interiorise and connect with the more subtle aspects of our being. The practice is slow and gentle and at the same time, deeply energising. We practice with a non-pushing attitude, striking a balance between effort and relaxation. Every Tuesday at Eversfield Organic's Wellness Loft, in the heart of Totnes. 9.30am - 11am. £5-£10 sliding scale. Get two classes free by purchasing a class pass!
