We will be dancing with our own headphones (provided) so we get out of the head thinking process, with full consciousness, to allow the free movement of our bodies to transform our natural energy flow. Humans tend to store negative thoughts and feelings in the tissues of the body and we believe dance is the simplest, most beautiful, most cathartic key to release overwhelm, fear, anger, worry, stress and so many other emotions quickly and easily, whilst increasing all the natural feel good vibes that we all possess. Dance is a part of every human, there is no such thing as “I can’t dance”. We all can, we just move in different ways, that’s all and there is no right or wrong.
