Embrace Yoga for Kids provides space for little people to have fun, move their bodies and develop strength and flexibility. Not only that, yoga provides tools for children to help regulate their emotions, it teaches mindfulness, body awareness and boosts self esteem. We also practice breathing and relaxation techniques, providing children with valuable, life long skills. Our practice is weaved through story, adventure, fun and laughter. Classes are held at Orton Waterville Village Hall in Peterborough from 9.45am to 10.15am. Sessions are booked in 6-week blocks and cost £36 for the block.
