Together, we will look at drills to improve our hip flexion and extension through both active and passive movements. It doesn't matter if you are a complete beginner eager to explore your splits journey, or further along and nearly touching the ground, this workshop is tailored for all levels and will give you a greater understanding of which drills you need to do to unlock your splits. Over the two hours, you will embark on a path of self-discovery, strength, and alignment. Our carefully created session will include dynamic warm-ups, targeted stretches, and breathwork techniques to gently ease your body into the beautiful and graceful world of splits.
