Do I only get an email copy of my ticket?

Yes, we love to save paper and trees so we only provide email tickets. You can show it to us on your phone when you arrive or, if you need to, print it out and bring it with you.

Can I bring my own food and drink to events?

We have food and drink available to buy so we would encourage you to support our business model and help us keep providing amazing creative experiences. If you do choose to bring your own food and drink, please be aware that alcohol is not permitted.

What happens if I arrive late to an event?

We will do our best to let you in, however, depending on the event this might not be possible or we might ask you to wait a little while until a suitable moment. Sometimes this might not be possible, so try to arrive with time to spare.

Do you have a cloakroom or storage for bags?

Yes, you can leave your coat or bag at reception and collect it after your event. Please try to limit the size of any bags you bring with you and be aware that we may carry out bag checks at our discretion.

Can I buy a ticket when I arrive on the door?

It is possible to buy a ticket when you arrive on the night, but please be aware that we only take cash at the moment (this will change soon). However, please be advised that some shows and events will sell out in advance so tickets may not always be available on arrival.
