Envision a night of revitalising yoga infused with the rhythms of live soulful, meditative melodies that stir your inner self, followed by a delicious supper that sends your taste buds on a journey of delight. The evening will begin at 5pm with a 90 minute solar inspired Yoga session alongside the dreamiest meditative music played by Jim Jones and Dave Little of Small Town Jones. We will then head across the road to Blue Groove Restaurant for 7pm to get settled to share a wholesome Sri Lankan Supper.
