This workshop will leave you feeling inspired, reconnected and alive. Your perception of fitness may be challenged in a postive way. This workshop will truly rewild the spirit and give you an opportunity to feel truly connected to your body. This workshop will be divided into two parts: Wild Flow This is a chance to explore a connection to the ground through various movement disciplines. We will include fundamental elements of Yoga, Animal Flow, Capoeria, Gymnastics and Handbalancing to unearth the body and allow it to move with softness and grace. Wild Movement This is an exciting opportunity to explore some of the various ways in how we evolved to move. Learn to skillfully hang, climb, lift, jump, crawl and vault your way to a stronger more athletic body. 10% of proceeds will be donated to supporting Ukraine through the IRC.
