Evening Classes I have 2 evening classes for a fun, active yoga class called Yoga Shred which mixes yoga with HIIT moves. You do not have to have done any yoga before as I talk you through the class, giving lots of options throughout. 'I was looking for a yoga class that made me feel like I'd had a workout, not just stretching and relaxation. The Yoga Shred class was not a disappointment and I ached the next day in a good way!
