I will be running two classes this Saturday at Foxes Piece School, Marlow. The morning session is going to be Qi Gong and will run from 9.45am - 12.45pm. The afternoon session is Meditation Qi Gong and will run from 1.30pm until 4.30pm. Each session can be booked separately at a cost of £35. If you would like to book the whole day, then I offer a discount making the cost £65. The sessions have a more workshop style including: -45 min to 1 hour class plus sequencing. -In-depth exploration of posture - Teaching on understanding movements - Hands on adjustments - Breathing and breath work - Exploring different styles of practice - Time for questions and reflection.
