When you have a bit more time, you can increase things again. Another really easy set of moves to do is this: - 20 squats - 10 push-ups - 20 sit-ups Repeat the above 2,3 or 4 rounds. It will only take 5-10 mins and give you a nice energy boost, muscular workout and increase your heart rate to release some feel good vibes! Give it a go the next time you have a spare 10 mins.
