Definitely a place for everyone at any level or experience.
Even though my cardio level was not ready for 1 hour intense exercise, coach was super-helpful and motivating to make me push through the end.

Class, Menay is a great trainer, the gym is brilliant and super central.
It’s like an old school English boxing gym (they’re affiliated with Repton) but with a modern twist.
He is a fantastic coach, very friendly and provides a great workout as well as sharing great technical knowledge.
