The team are great, the workouts are great and the fitness gains awesome.

Amazed to have got considerably stronger and fitter in such a short space of time.

It took me literally years to pluck up the courage to walk through the doors at AFS … how I wish I’d done it sooner!

Lots of different style classes to try and variety of times to suit your day

Classes are tough but fun and engaging, the instructors knowledgeable and interested, but not overbearing, the members are genuinely lovely and supportive.

I was sceptical I’d stick to it but with the accountability and easy to track challenges set each day it was really easy to make the small changes that all lead to significant results.

Everyone is super friendly and there’s always someone giving encouragement during the sessions.

I’ve been going to AFS for just over 3 months now, I’m overweight and not very strong but I have been made to feel super welcome at AFS.

The knowledgeable and experienced coaches, together with the variety of classes and workouts on offer, make AFS Crossfit the number one place to be if you want to improve your physical (and mental) health, and also have fun!
