Been coming to exercise classes and done some other events with Back On Track for about 4 months now, after umming and ahhing about joining for ages.
I did the Surrey 3 Peaks challenge with Back on Track and had the best of time with 2 of my friends hiking with a group of around 30 super friendly people - great pace but not crazy, great scenery, great organisation with lots of knowledge about the area from Simone - thanks to her and Brian, we felt super safe the whole way and those hills were challenging indeed but doable for everyone.
The most amazing first experience of Cold Water Swimming in both the River Wey & then Longside Lake with Back on Track - Fabulous coaches, great company, all the equipment required and idyllic settings made both sessions the best adventures I've had for a long time - Thank you so much Simone!
It was a long hike but Simone kept everyone in good spirits with her enthusiasm and positivity.
Thoroughly enjoyed the three peaks challenge with Simone and team.

Joined the Surrey Three Peaks hike event with Back on Track this weekend and really enjoyed it.
Great outdoor fitness class, with a lovely group of people under the expert guidance of Simone, who tailors the exercises to each individual’s level and motivates us to push just that bit harder so every class is fun and challenging to the right level.
Simone’s passion and enthusiasm kept us going, as well as her interesting facts about the local area along the way.
