She is so very patient with us and makes the class fun.
It is a perfect mix between toning, improving your balance,stretching and weights, which is made even better by Laura who is attentive, sees what we need and amazing at building a community and great atmosphere.

I have been doing Ballet Barre with Laura for close to 18 months and can honestly say I look forward to my weekly class today, as much as I did when I started 18 months ago.
You don't need previous ballet experience but having being a once professional dancer I find myself enjoying this workout far more than others on offer.

Laura’s Barre With Baby classes are fantastic - highly recommend to any new mums looking to rebuild fitness in a fun and friendly environment
BBL has been a key part of my health and wellbeing since I started the classes in 2020 whilst battling an ankle injury which has limited my exercise options.
I found it massively helpful to rebuild my strength post pregnancy and birth and Laura made sure my baby was never short of toys to play with and disco lights to entertain him!
Laura is really good at modifying moves where needed and creating a programme that targets the our postnatal bodies excellently!
