Andreea clearly has a very strong knowledge in her field(s), and is able to adapt each training session not only to the individual, but also to the day. She knows many variations of each movement for example, so she can adapt depending on the limitations of the persons, in order to always practice in the optimum way while remaining 100% safe. I can tell that her sport practice goes beyond the "training" aspect, and is backed up with excellent knowledge of physiology and biology. .. and on top of that, a great sensitivity to the notion of overall balance and the crucial link between the mind and body.

I started to train with her in early June and despite summer holidays on both sides I can already see results.
A lovely class aimed at our age group (70+).
She is extremely knowledgeable and knows exactly which areas to target and strengthen while being careful at the same time not to aggravate the tense and painful parts of the body.
Gifted teacher and a different routine every week so never boring from start to finish .

I've had back pain "up and down" through my whole life, and as someone who's always enjoyed sports and outdoors activities such as skiing, climbing, martial arts etc since childhood, I like to think that I have an overall decent knowledge of what makes a good sport teacher/trainer (and even from a medical point of view as I have seen a good collection of physios, ostheos, Chiros and others...
