The members are brilliant you don't feel like your on your own, everyone is friendly and we're all egar to help each other along.
Never felt uncomfortable or out of place here, receive great advise & support from my coaches , and gym friends , in a small safe friendly environment.
The support and guidance from Ash, Dan and Jake is second to non and they have helped me to fall in love with exercise and understanding the importance of keeping my body active.
The guidance from the coaches is what makes this gym the best place to train they have ensured I have stayed dedicated to the gym and provided all the support I have needed in a really supportive manner.
I would recommend to anyone, whether just starting out or a experienced gym goer.
With support & guidance from the PT's i've been able to loose weight alongside building strength, and I continue to see my strength increase beyond what I thought was achievable.
