He looks forward to his lessons every week and we have noticed a massive improvement in his overall guitar playing.
James has been teaching our kids the Guitar and Banjo, his knowledge is great and is able to tailor his teaching to the child/person.
James is a great teacher, I've been playing 30+ years but only had lessons in the last 3 years and as usual there's always something new to learn, whether a new track, technique, theory or just how to enjoy playing.
His approach of learning the instrument (and basic theory) by diving straight into songs is a brilliant way to learn and have fun at the same time.
He has blended the lessons to match my sons taste in music and has made it fun to learn.
My sons have both had James teaching them guitar and I can not recommend him enough.
My son is only 7 so his attention is limited, but James is able to engage with him at his level and connect with the style of music he enjoys.
James at Broadstone Guitar School is a great guitar teacher who has the skill & patience to guide you through the music in a stress-free way.
He is happy to give attention to your own music preferences and teach accordingly.
Just so grateful that he can be doing this and he's a really nice guy.
