Charlotte Dugdale Yoga
I've been attending Charlotte's classes for about a year now and she consistently delivers quality yoga classes which have had a massive positive impact on my spiritual, emotional and physical well-being, as well as deepen my yoga practice. She offers a range of classes that leave me feeling centred and calm, whether it's a dynamic vinyasa flow or yin yoga. She also runs workshops such as, yin yoga and reiki, fire vinyasa masterclasses, chakra-focused yin yoga and yoga retreats (super excited for this! ). Charlotte creates a very accepting and non-judgemental atmosphere, gently encouraging yogis to challenge themselves or take whatever they need during the practice (even if that's an hour of savasana! ). 11/10 would recommend Charlotte's classes

Sentiment Analysis
She has a big heart, a lot of passion and great charisma.
She’s so knowledgeable and makes everyone feel welcome!
Charlotte is an incredible yoga teacher, explaining everything in a clear, easy to understand way, making all members of the class feel comfortable.
She always accommodates all levels of ability in each class by explaining and demonstrating optional and more advanced poses, and is attentive to supporting her students in improving through their ongoing practice.
I was a complete beginner when I first went I was made to feel so comfortable every time and never felt out of place, which is something i feel happens elsewhere.
I firstly attended the Beginners Yoga 6 week course - I was really nervous and definitely not a natural yogi, but Charlotte completely put me at ease, talked everything through in a way that was easy to follow (and offered alternatives if any of the poses felt too difficult.
Not only was it another brilliant class run by Charlotte, but it was a class, especially for me, and my wedding guests on my wedding morning!!
Charlotte is the most caring and compassionate teacher- coming into yoga and a complete novice she was patient, kind and understanding.
Although most of the others knew Charlotte from her classes at Yoga Blackpool I didnt, but was made to feel most welcome.
Amazing weekend retreat at the rewilding; fun and challenging yoga, beautiful vegetarian food, gorgeous surroundings, profound reiki healing and a fantastic deep tissue massage.
